The following package is a compilation of the documents concerning the death of Elaine
Louis Travis (who was found deceased in her office on August 28) from the list of individuals
you gave me as requested. I hope that this aids you in our search for justice. If there is anything
else that you need from us, please let me know. We are grateful for you and your commitment to
discovering what has happened to our beloved Dr. Travis.

Thank you,

Diary Entry

Written by Claire Easton

August 28, 2025

Dear Diary,

Something terrible happened today. I can hardly even express the aching in my heart. I
truly considered Elaine a very dear friend of mine. I remember when we would braid each other’s
hair when we were just young girls, dreaming of the day when we would braid each other’s hair
at our weddings. Regrettably, that day will never come now. The only roses she would hold now
are the ones she holds in her coffin. I hope that she can rest, though I know I never will. I can
hardly write of these horrible things. Excuse me while I allow the welling tears that rest behind
my lids to escape and stream down my face like a hot river.

In loving memory of Elaine,

Claire Easton

Letter to Mrs. Travis

Written by Anya Blackwood

Sent and Written on August 29, 2025

Dear Mrs. Travis,

I can not even begin to express how sorry I am about the death of your daughter, Elaine.
She was a wonderful woman with a bright, promising future. She was always so kind to
everyone she met and cared deeply about her work. I remember the first time I met her when I
was at the clinic. She made the best coffee and always had time to listen to my troubles. Her
advice is certainly something I will miss. I know nothing I say will ease the pain of this
horrifying loss, but I hope that you can rest assured that you raised a beautiful, kind, caring
woman. One day we will all be united again together. All my love and sorrow is for you and
your family!

Sincerely,

Anya Blackwood

Cases with Clint: The Murder of Elaine Louis Travis

Podcast, Episode 6

August 30, 2025

Hosted by Clint Gray

Hello everyone, and welcome to another episode of this week’s podcast. It will be a short
episode since there is not a whole lot of information currently disclosed about this case. Two days ago, a woman named Elaine Louis Travis was murdered. She was twenty-six years old,
unmarried, had two dogs, lived alone, and worked at the local mental health clinic, West Coast
Mental Health Facility. I have been looking into the case since it happened and it seems as if the
police have a suspect, though they haven’t disclosed any personal information yet. Apparently,
she died of blood loss from seven puncture wounds to the abdomen from a knife. This happened
while she was at work on her break behind the building. Since the article I read didn’t give much
about the suspect, I wonder if it was a co-worker, a friend, a patient, or someone totally
unrelated. Time will tell and I will continue to document the information I find. This is certainly
one of the more interesting cases I have discussed in a while. I will keep you all updated. I want
to remind you all that if you find any information that you think could be useful, please contact
the police as soon as you can. This is Cases With Clint, Mr. Gray signing off.

Diary Entry

Written by Alex L. Harper

Diary,

I don’t have much time. I think they are onto me. But I don’t regret what I did. Not at all
and I never will. She deserved to die and if I didn’t take action, who was going to? She always
told me lies and fed me these false hopes that I could change. I knew that would never happen. I will always be this way. I can’t even say I felt any remorse when I disposed of that dripping
knife. I wonder if they will ever find it or figure out what I did with it. In the moment, I thought
it was a good idea to try to frame Clint, but now I know that they know everything still points to
me.
I wonder what prison is like? Do they serve tuna in their little cafeteria? I sure hope so. I
wonder if any of my friends will come visit me? I sure hope so. I know Claire won’t, she’s such a
fragile soul. But maybe Anya would. I sure hope so.
This is probably the last thing I will write as a free man and I can’t think of anything else
to say. I thought that my life wouldn’t be this short, but I guess these are things one cannot plan.

Farewell,

Alex L. Harper

Re-Subject: Requested Documents

September 2, 2025 at 3:25 p.m.

Dr. Miller,

Thank you for collecting these documents for my investigation. They have proven to be
extremely helpful. I am now confident that my original hunch concerning the perpetrator was correct. I hope that this brings you, your clinic, and Dr. Travis’s family some closure. You will be
seeing an announcement in the media releasing all suspect information shortly.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Detective Hayward

“Suspect Identified in Murder of Elaine Travis”

September 3, 2025 at 1:47 p.m.

BREAKING NEWS: As of today, a suspect for the murder of Elaine Travis has been
identified. This individual has been diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder, therefore she
takes on multiple personalities. If you see her, DO NOT APPROACH. She is extremely
dangerous and unstable. Each of her personalities act and appear differently. Some are male
while others are female. Her birth name is Laney Young, however each personality has its own
name. Be cautious of anyone with the names Clint Gray, Claire Easton, Anya Blackwood, and
Alex Harper. It is assumed that when Travis was killed, Young was acting under the influence of
the personality Alex Harper. Laney Young was one of Elaine’s patients at the West Coast Mental
Health Facility. Medical records and personal documentation kept by Elaine explain each
personality. In her office records, Elaine wrote:

Of Young’s personalities, the one that I find to be the most dangerous is Alex. When
Young comes into the clinic as Alex, she is always more edgy, angry, anxious, therefore, having a
greater tendency for potentially violent behavior. I do not believe that when under the influence
of the other personalities, she would act out. However, Alex may pose a threat to others as well
as herself. It is also to my understanding that while under this personality, she does not take her
medications. This makes her risk factor even more elevated. I think that she should be
institutionalized, however, my request was not approved. They told me that our sessions were the
best thing for now. I keep trying to do my best to help this poor woman, however, something
about her is making me unsettled. I almost feel as though all of her personalities are becoming
more hostile towards me. I may have to turn this case over to one of my coworkers for a fresh
perspective for the best outcomes for Young and my personal safety.

Investigators are currently searching Young’s home, interviewing friends and family, and
leaving no stone unturned for this dangerous killer. If you see Young, please contact your
local authorities immediately! More news to come.
